Reporting a calculation problem
To get a fast, useful answer, include:
- the page address (copy the link from the calculator's "Copy link" button: it contains your inputs and nothing else);
- the result you got and the result you expected, and how you worked it out;
- any code section you think applies, with its edition.
Please do not send personal documents or photos with identifiable people or addresses. The site cannot review individual projects, give structural advice or say whether a stair will pass inspection; your local building department can.

Suggestions for new tools (headroom, landings, winders) and accessibility problems are very welcome.
